We are excited to invite you to celebrate with us on our Wedding Day. We hope this website contains all the information you need, but if there is any further information you require, please do reach out to the bride or groom.

Your invitation, and this website, will show if you have been invited to join us for the ceremony and/or evening celebration. We are having an intimate wedding, and are restricted on the number of daytime guests by the venue's capacity. No matter what your invitation is for, you will play an important role in making our day as enjoyable as possible!

The Wedding Day

We want you to have as much fun as we hope to on our Wedding Day! That being said, we are two very punctual people, and want to share with you the order of the day so you can be where you need to be, on time! If we are running behind though, keep it to yourself - do as we say, not as we do!

Accommodation

Whilst there is accommodation on the site, this will only be available to a small number of guests. There are plenty of alternative options nearby (including Airbnbs). You may wish to look for these yourself, but some options we have found are:

Our venue is remote and you may struggle to have phone signal when on the site. We cannot guarantee Wifi will be available. As such, we would highly recommend that you book your travel home or to your accommodation in advance. We certainly won't be letting you bunk with us!

Please RSVP by 30 November 2026, or we will assume you unfortunately won't be able to make it.

Please wear formal attire. We kindly ask that guests do not wear white, cream, green, or light pink as these will be the colours worn by the bridal party.

We are having an intimate wedding, with a limited capacity. Only those named on the invitation are invited to attend on the day. So please don't bring anyone else!

We kindly ask that unless your children are specifically referred to in the invitation they are left at home (with any appropriate supervision of course!).

We expect most payments to be made by card on the day, but it is advisable to bring some cash (just in case).

Brinkburn will be providing plenty of confetti to throw. Please do not bring your own, as it needs to adhere to venue specific requirements.

Only alcohol purchased from the venue can be consumed on site. We kindly ask that you do not bring any other alcohol on site.

We are incredibly grateful for your presence at our wedding. Should you wish to celebrate with a gift, we have created a small registry here.

Daytime guests should arrive at 12:00 noon. The ceremony will begin at 13:00, and we would like to make sure everyone is seated in readiness.

Evening guests should arrive at 19:00, in readiness for the cake cutting at 19:30.

We are having an intimate wedding, and are restricted on the number of daytime guests by the venue's capacity. For evening guests, we expect you to bring the energy to keep the party going! Your invitation will confirm whether you are a daytime or evening guest.

Yes, parking is available at the venue free of charge. This cannot be used for motorhomes, nor can you sleep in your car overnight. If you would prefer to get a taxi, please see the Travel section of this website.

If you have enjoyed yourself a little too much and are unable to drive home on the evening, please leave your car and get a taxi. You must, however, collect your car by 10:00 am the following morning.

We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have professional photographers to capture the ceremony for us, and we will share those photos with you.

Ceremony aside, please take as many photos and videos during the day as you like! All we ask is that you don't post any of those photos or videos on social media until we have.

Absolutely! All we ask is that you post any photos and videos of our special day after we have had the oppertunity to make a post of our own. Please do tag us in any and all photos and videos you post! #HarristaffWedding

We want to keep the exact menu a surprise! A range of canapés will be served during the Drinks Reception and a three course meal will follow for our Wedding Breakfast. For those partying the night away with us, we will be able to carb load together...

In the run up to the day, please feel free to contact the bride or groom. On the Wedding Day, we kindly ask that you speak with another member of the wedding party.

We appreciate that things change and that you may no longer be able to attend. You will be missed! We kindly ask that if you are unfortunately no longer able to attend, you let the bride or groom know as soon as possible.
